Verifying a certificate
Every certificate carries a unique number and a QR code encoding a verification link. Either one reaches the same register entry.
What verification returns
Holder name, date of issue, the norm group used, the deviation IQ, percentile and classification. Enough to confirm the document matches the record.
The human check
The register answers only after a human check is cleared. It keeps automated scrapers from harvesting holder records one number at a time.
An honest limit
This build keeps its register on the device that issued the certificate. A register that answers from anywhere needs a hosted backend, which is a deployment decision rather than a design one.

Questions people ask
The number returns nothing — is it fake?
Not necessarily. Check the digits first, and note the register is device-local in this build.
Can a certificate be edited after issue?
The printed figures come from the stored record; altering the paper does not alter the register.
